2、 Introduction to Shanghai TDS type liquid ultrasonic flowmeter:

The new generation TDS-100F series tap water ultrasonic/continuous flow ultrasonic calorimeter/transmitter currently has four different motherboard versions for users to choose from, which are called the 12th, 13th, 14th, and 15th versions, abbreviated as TDS12, TDS13, TDS14, and TDS15.

4、 Installation requirements for Shanghai TDS type liquid ultrasonic flowmeter:

1. Minimum requirement for straight pipes: installation distance between front straight pipe 10D and rear straight pipe 5D (excluding open channels)

2. When installing the external clamp probe, the surface of the pipeline must be polished smooth

3. Butter must be coated thoroughly without any bubbles in the middle

4. The size of the pipeline must be accurately measured, otherwise it will affect the measurement accuracy

5. When debugging, the signal strength of menu M90 and M91 should be above 60, the signal quality should be above 600, the larger the better, and the time transfer ratio should be between 97 and 103, the closer it is to 100, the better
