Temperature shock test chamber refrigeration system
1. System concept: This type of laboratory adopts the industry's temperature balance technology (cooling without heating), which uses energy regulation technology to balance temperature control without the need for additional heating during cooling and low-temperature balance. Energy regulation technology, also known as PID control, regulates refrigerant flow by adjusting the mass of refrigerant entering the evaporator per unit time to achieve precise control of refrigeration power and temperature in the laboratory.
Compared to the previous "balanced temperature control method" of heating and cooling at the same time, the energy consumption is very high. The use of this technology can significantly reduce customers' operating costs and extend the lifespan of compressors to the greatest extent possible. It can save users a considerable amount of electricity expenses during the product lifecycle (depending on the actual frequency of use by customers)
3. Refrigeration hardware: The refrigeration cycle system is composed of "Taikang" fully enclosed compressors.
4. Refrigerant: Environmentally friendly refrigerants R404a and R23 are used.
5. Refrigeration evaporator: A corrugated fin refrigeration evaporator is used, located in the air duct interlayer at one end of the test chamber, and is forced to ventilate by a blower motor for rapid heat exchange.
6. Auxiliary components: Other auxiliary components in the refrigeration system of this test chamber, such as solenoid valves, filters, etc., are also imported by our company; If using Italian CAS solenoid valves, bypass valves, globe valves, etc., other accessories are also selected from domestic brands of refrigeration accessories.
7. Low temperature pipeline: High quality oxygen free copper pipes and nitrogen filled welding are used for low-temperature pipelines (traditional methods use ordinary copper pipes, and direct welding methods can easily cause oxides to form on the inner wall of the copper pipes, causing blockages in the refrigeration system and preventing or slowing down the cooling of the test chamber)
8. There is a condensate drain tray at the bottom of the refrigeration system and it is discharged outside the box.
9. Vibration reduction: Adopt compressor rubber pads or spring vibration reduction measures; The refrigeration system pipeline adopts the method of adding R and elbows to avoid the deformation of copper pipes caused by vibration and temperature changes, which may cause the refrigeration system pipeline to rupture.
10. Noise reduction: Special wave shaped sound-absorbing sponge is used for sound absorption.
