01 Steel plate cut

01. Ensure compactness and compactness at the joints of aluminum plates.
02. The grinder grinds the protruding rivet heads to be flush with the aluminum plate
03. Use a polishing machine to polish the surface of the aluminum plate.
04. Rinse with clean water and use a scouring pad to scrub the surface of the board.
05. Place the aluminum plate outdoors to dry.

02 Benchmark assembly welding

1. Welding

During welding, perform straight seam welding on the bent pipe seam. As welding is semi-automatic, the welder should have a greater sense of responsibility and adjust the welding position at any time to ensure the straightness of the weld seam.

2. Repair and polish

Repair polishing is the process of repairing defects in the pipe blank after automatic welding. Repair personnel should inspect each one, hot-dip galvanized road traffic benchmark factory, and repair any defective areas. After the repair welding is completed, it should be polished, and the polished joints should be basically the same as those of automatic welds.

03 Classification of Traffic Sign Posts

Traffic sign poles generally include single column traffic sign poles and multi column traffic sign poles.

The inner edge of the column sign should not intrude into the road construction limit, and generally should be no less than 25cm away from the outer edge or dirt shoulder of the roadway or sidewalk

The height of the lower edge of the traffic sign board from the road surface is divided into two categories: not less than 5500mm for highways, and not less than 5000mm for national and provincial highways. When installed on urban roads with a large proportion of small cars, the height of the lower edge from the ground can be effective according to the actual situation, but should not be less than 120cm.

When set on the roadside with pedestrians and non motorized vehicles, the height should be greater than 180cm.


04 Storage and transportation

01. Once the production is completed, it should be stored indoors in a well ventilated and dry environment for 24 hours before being removed from the outdoors and left for another 24 hours.
02. During transportation, ensure that the signboard is placed vertically. Long distance transportation should have rain protection measures to prevent rainwater from accumulating on the surface of the reflective film for a long time.
03. The large layout signboard needs to be fixed with reinforcing ribs during transportation to prevent wrinkles at the joints of the aluminum plate.
