02 film sticking 01. Cut the reflective film and lay it flat in the film application workshop for 24 hours. Before applying the film, clean the aluminum plate with anhydrous ethanol to remove dust and dirt. 03. Use a film sticking machine to stick the reflective film bottom mold. 04. Use a small rubber roller to compact the entire surface of the board. After the logo is made, cut the excess reflective film on the edges.
	03 Adhesive film 01. Edit characters and output them to the engraving machine for character processing. 02. Peel off the unnecessary reflective film and keep the good characters. 03. Release stress to ensure that the sharp corners of the characters do not lift. 04. Use a pen to mark the position of each text on the board surface. 05. Use transfer film to attach the lettering film to the corresponding position on the bottom mold. 06. Clean and wash the dust and residue on the board surface.
04 Storage and transportation 01. Once the production is completed, it should be stored indoors in a well ventilated and dry environment for 24 hours before being removed from the outdoors and left for another 24 hours. 02. During transportation, ensure that the signboard is placed vertically. Long distance transportation should have rain protection measures to prevent rainwater from accumulating on the surface of the reflective film for a long time. 03. The large layout signboard needs to be fixed with reinforcing ribs during transportation to prevent wrinkles at the joints of the aluminum plate.
	05 Precautions 01. Use a polishing machine to polish the aluminum plate in detail, making it flat and smooth, which can increase the viscosity of the reflective film by 20-40%. 02. The laminating workshop is a dust-free workshop, and the room temperature should be kept above 18 degrees Celsius. 03. The signboard should be placed indoors for 24 hours for transportation or installation, as the adhesive and aluminum plate can only achieve bonding strength after the reflective film is attached for 24 hours.
