Signal matching butterfly valve

At the top of the XD371 signal butterfly valve, there is a valve opening and closing electrical signal device. When the valve is mistakenly closed by 25% (1/4 of the full open degree), the electrical signal device outputs a signal of the mistakenly closed valve to the fire control center. So this butterfly valve is an excellent supporting product for fire automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing systems.

Structural characteristics and working principle

The electrical signal device of this signal butterfly valve is designed at the top of the worm and worm gear drive device, and should be coupled with the valve stem for transmission. There is no mechanical indicator for valve opening degree, imported electrical components, or rust proof parts in the precision fully closed electromechanical device. The output signal is stable and reliable for a long time.
