Single bag dust collector

Single machine bag dust collector is specially designed for the top and bottom of cement plant warehouses. Designed for belt conveyor and local dust source dust removal. It can also be used for local dust source dust removal in other industries. It has the advantages of small volume, large processing air volume, compact structure, and easy use.

A single bag dust collector is a dust collector that can be operated by connecting the air duct and power supply. This type of dust collector has a small volume and does not require manual operation. The air volume is 1000-6000m3/h, and the filtration speed is 1.2-1.8m/min if using 740 filter cloth or 2.0-2.8m/min if using polyester filter material.

A single bag dust collector is a small-sized air purification device for dust removal. Suitable for various independent dust production points, flexible and convenient, on-site dust collection, on-site treatment, and can maintain the cleanliness of the air. The basic structure consists of a dust removal box, a centrifugal fan, a filter bag (filter cartridge), a dust collector, and a microcomputer controller. Dust is sucked into the interior of the dust removal box through a vacuum suction pipe by negative pressure from the fan, and is first filtered by the filter using gravity and directly dropped to the dust collector. Fine dust is captured on the outer surface by the filter, and the clean gas is filtered, decomposed, and purified by the filter element before flowing into the clean room, and then discharged from the air outlet by the fan. The entire dust removal and filtration process is the result of a comprehensive effect of gravity, inertial force, collision, electrostatic adsorption, and sieving.

Single bag dust collectors can be widely used for on-site dust removal in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as in other industries such as biology, chemical engineering, food, electronics, mechanical hardware, casting, ceramics, loading and unloading, mining, metallurgy, etc. For small and fine metal chips with low specific gravity, casting sand dust, cement, gypsum powder, carbon powder, bakelite powder, plastic powder, etc., they also have good dust removal effects within a range, with a dust removal efficiency greater than 0.5.

Precautions for installation of single bag dust collector:

The single bag dust collector is installed near the mechanical equipment that generates dust, and users can configure metal or plastic suction pipes and hoods according to the size of the air inlet on the dust collector.

1. The electric control box cover of the single bag dust collector should not be opened arbitrarily during operation. If it is necessary to adjust the cleaning time or check the circuit, the power should be cut off after stopping the machine before starting work.

2. According to the nature and capacity of the dust, the single bag dust collector should be vibrated and cleaned regularly. Generally, it should be vibrated three to four times per shift to ensure the normal operation of the dust collector.

3. According to actual needs, the single bag dust collector regularly collects dust. When collecting dust inside the dust collector, simply open the sealed dust outlet door and pull out the drawer when the fan and cleaning mechanism are stopped.

4. In order for the dust removal equipment to be in working condition, it should be placed as close as possible to the source of dust, preferably between 1.5 to 2.0 meters. The connecting pipes should be as short as possible and bends should be minimized to avoid increasing resistance losses.

5. The vacuum hood is a key component of a single dust collector unit in operation. The user should create an ideal vacuum hood based on the external dimensions of the processed parts, the nature of the dust, and the principles of ventilation, proximity, smoothness, sealing, and design.

6. Before operation, the single bag dust collector should check whether the maintenance door, ash outlet door, and air duct connection system are sealed to prevent leakage and reduce the dust collection effect.

7. The voltage of a single bag dust collector is three-phase AC 380 volts. It can be used by connecting the external wires on the single bag dust collector to the power supply. When starting to rotate, attention should be paid to whether the fan is rotating in the forward direction (if it is rotating in the reverse direction and the air volume is small, the power supply wiring needs to be replaced).
