1. Machine tools are divided into ordinary and CNC types. The regular model "C51__" represents, while the CNC model "CK51__" represents. Suitable for high-speed steel and hard alloy cutting tools, for rough and precision machining of inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, inner and outer conical surfaces, end faces, grooves, etc. of black metal, non-ferrous metal, and some non-metallic parts.

2. The main drive of the machine tool is driven by a vector frequency conversion system, and the worktable speed is infinitely adjustable through a 2-speed transmission mechanism.

3. The worktable spindle adopts high-precision adjustable radial clearance double row short cylindrical roller bearings for centering, and the worktable guide rail adopts unloading static pressure guide rail, with high rotation accuracy, large load-bearing power, and small thermal deformation.

4. There are two types of vertical knife holders: (1) the vertical knife holder is a pentagonal knife holder, and the side knife holder is a square knife holder. (2) Vertical knife holder square sliding pillow type square knife holder (without side knife holder). The knife holder is equipped with a static pressure balancing cylinder. The horizontal and vertical feed are driven by an AC servo system to achieve tool holder feed and rapid movement, with stepless adjustment.

5. All the basic components of the machine tool are cast, processed, and installed by our company. The casting material is HT250 high-quality cast iron, which has undergone secondary aging treatment of thermal aging and vibration aging to fully eliminate internal stress in the casting. Column and crossbeam diagonal reinforcement arrangement, crossbeam, column, and slider guide rail all undergo ultrasonic quenching treatment. According to user requirements, CNC, digital display, etc. can be done.
