The single crystal furnace power supply is a DC chopper power supply designed specifically for the magnetic field of industrial grade semiconductor silicon single crystal furnaces. It uses three-phase bridge rectification power supply, IGBT power devices for chopper output, and achieves continuous adjustable DC voltage through PWM control. The entire work process adopts high-precision current closed-loop control, multiple given signal selection functions, and isolated transformation outputs of DC voltage, current, and power, which facilitate remote monitoring by PLC and upper computer. The conversion efficiency of the power supply can reach 96%, and the power factor is greater than 92%.
