1、 Introduction

It adopts ultrasonic detection technology, with high measurement accuracy, high stability, little influence from environmental factors, no rotating parts, low maintenance frequency, and high work reliability. It is a product for online and portable measurement.

2、 Principle

Single point Doppler flowmeterPrinciple: When the ultrasonic sound source and the observer make relative motion, the frequency received by the observer is different from the frequency of the ultrasonic sound source. Therefore, compared to the small particles and bubbles that move with water in ultrasonic transducers, the frequency received by the transducer will also change, and it will increase with the increase of suspended motion velocity in water. Therefore, the Doppler frequency shift can be measured and converted to obtain the flow velocity of the water where the Doppler flowmeter is located. Multiply by the cross-sectional area of the channel to obtain traffic information.

Because the speed of sound propagation in water is closely related to water temperature, Doppler principle requires obtaining the speed of sound propagation in water for velocity measurement. Therefore, the device is equipped with a temperature sensor for temperature measurement, which in turn corrects the sound velocity. The liquid level depth measurement adopts a diffusion silicon pressure sensor to measure the distance between the position of the flow rate sensor and the liquid level.
