The TPOW series pump is a single-stage double suction centrifugal pump with a medium opening volute casing. This series is produced by our company based on market demand and the introduction of technology. By using prototype impellers and modified impellers and their cutting, the pump has high efficiency and can provide any flow head working point that appropriately meets the needs of users within the range of spectral performance. The product complies with the GB/T5657-95 "Centrifugal Pump Condition Class III" standard. Mainly suitable for conveying liquids in water plants, air conditioning circulating water, building water supply, irrigation, drainage pump stations, power stations, industrial water supply systems, fire protection systems, shipbuilding and mining industries.

1. Built in sealing and lubrication structure: The TPOW series pump has a built-in sealing and lubrication structure, which provides a more direct and effective lubrication and flushing of the pump sealing system with sealed circulating water.
2. Outsiders' aesthetics: The straight appearance with strong ribs added to the pump cover, the built-in sealed lubrication structure makes the overall structure of the pump integrated, and the flexible structural design makes the pump more exquisite and generous.
3. High efficiency: CFD computational fluid dynamics is used to analyze and calculate the relationship between pressure distribution and velocity distribution inside the pump, optimize the flow channel design of the pump, ensure that the pump has an efficient hydraulic profile, and improve the efficiency of the pump. Most pump bodies adopt a dual channel design to reduce radial forces. The flow parts such as the pump body, pump cover, impeller, etc. are molded with resin sand plates to ensure the appearance, flow channel size, and hydraulic efficiency of the pump. The efficiency of TPOW series pumps is 3-5% higher than that of general double suction pumps.
4. High balance accuracy: The dynamic balance accuracy of the rotor components is G1.0 level.
5. Shaft: The shaft is short and has good rigidity. Increasing the shaft diameter can extend the service life of bearings and mechanical seals. The shaft is a fully sealed structure, ensuring no contact with the medium, no corrosion, and a long service life.
6. Double volute shell: The high lift pump adopts a double volute shell structure, which reduces radial forces.
