Parts cleaning machine: immersion cleaning system
Ransohoff and Blackstone NEY Ultrasonics were pioneers in developing immersion cleaning systems. Ransohoff has developed a patented single chamber rotating basket cleaning machine, which integrates various technologies such as spraying, immersion, ultrasonic, and part rotation. The advantage of this immersion cleaning process over other cleaning systems lies in the circulating filtration. The cleaning chamber and the storage tank are separated structures, and only the filtered cleaning and rinsing media enter the cleaning chamber from the storage tank. Through a unique diversion and drainage device, the mixing or cross contamination of cleaning solutions from different storage tanks is minimized. This diversion device, together with the rapid drainage device, can quickly drain the pollutants cleaned from the parts back into the storage tank along with the cleaning solution.
Blackstone NEY Ultrasonics products cover single tank and multi tank cleaning systems with immersion and ultrasonic technology, which can be widely used in various industries such as online cleaning in aviation parts remanufacturing, passivation treatment and final cleaning of human implants in the medical industry, etc.
Parts cleaning machine: rotating basket immersion cleaning system
The machine has a compact structure, saves space, and is suitable for small site environments. Ransohoff's rotating basket immersion cleaning machine has been patented for its cleaning, rinsing, and drying processes. The cleaning and rinsing process includes spraying, immersion jet, part rotation, ultrasonic waves, etc. Drying is done by hot air blowing. The entire machine is a fully enclosed system with a built-in exhaust unit, and the operator does not come into contact with steam or moisture.
During the cleaning process, the workpiece needs to be placed in a basket for cleaning. According to the characteristics of the parts, the workpieces are stacked in baskets or in loose form, or fixed by fixtures. As a standard design, the machine requires the use of standard baskets for feeding. Of course, the studio size can also be modified based on the customer's existing baskets or fixtures.
The advantage of Ransohoff immersion cleaning process over other cleaning systems is that only filtered cleaning and rinsing media enter the cleaning chamber. During the cleaning process, the cleaning solution circulates between the cleaning chamber and the storage tank, and the pollutants cleaned are intercepted by the filter to ensure that the cleaning solution is always clean.
