QMI8610 is a complete 6D MEMS inertial measurement unit (IMU), packaged in a small 3.3 x 3.3 x 1 mm LGA package. QMI8610 has gyroscope noise as low as 6 mdps/√ Hz and low latency in product performance.

The QMI8610 integrates a 3-axis gyroscope and a 3-axis accelerometer, which can be connected to external 3-axis magnetic sensors through an I2C/SPI host to form a complete 9-DOF system.
