1. Select the bottle number according to the load capacity, put the material into the bottle, turn the required bottle cup clockwise onto the locator, center it with the motor shaft, tighten the compression nut, connect the rubber tube on the motor shaft and the knife shaft evenly, turn on the power switch, and the indicator light will light up to connect the power. Adjust the speed regulator knob and select the appropriate speed.
2. ⑴ Before starting up, pay attention that the power supply must match the technical data. ⑵ Use a rubber hose to connect the machine shaft and knife shaft vertically. To avoid excessive torque generated by the blade shaft, damage to the machine parts, and breakage of the bottle cup, the speed controller should have the knob in the zero position before starting up, with varying speeds. ⑷ The blade should be regularly sharpened to ensure symmetrical angles and no deformation, in order to ensure stable startup and high work efficiency.
3. The motor and speed controller should not be affected by moisture and should be kept clean.
4. Bearings should be inspected regularly, and high-temperature resistant lubricating oil should be added every six months.
5. When it is found that the engine is not running or the governor is not adjusting, the machine should be stopped for inspection.
6. The carbon brush should be checked regularly and replaced if worn. If excessive sparks are found on the carbon brush, it should be stopped from use and repaired before starting up.
