German Max Voggenreiter MAVO LPQ6-2400 six sided top press machine, equipped with 6 independently controllable working pistons, facing each other in pairs,Apply pressure to the sample from XYZ directions separately.


Six working pistons are independently controlled to apply different pressures in the XYZ directions, and the deformation and dislocations of the sample under high pressure are studied.


LPQ6-2400The six sided top press machine does not require a Walker/Kawai module or DIA/D-DIA module equal pressure device. The six oil cylinders drive the working piston to directly act on the sample, avoiding pressure loss caused by friction.

At the same time, the LPQ6-2400 six sided top press machine can be installed as a whole on a six axis synchronous displacement table, achieving precise three-dimensional movement and rotation at the micrometer level, and can be used in conjunction with synchrotron radiation.

Each hydraulic system is equipped with a dual pressurization system of hydraulic pump and servo motor. The piston moves quickly in the low-pressure range and is precisely controlled in the high-pressure range, with a maximum pressure error of+/-0.5bar

Can generate very steep or very smooth pressure curves with minimal pressure fluctuations, meeting demanding experimental requirements

The hydraulic system pressure is monitored by high-precision digital pressure sensors

No need for Walker/Kawai (8-sided) or DIA/D-DIA (6-sided) equal pressure devices, 6 top hammers directly act on the sample

All working pistons are equipped with high-precision displacement sensors, with precision in the micrometer range
