1、 Product Introduction
The YLW-10 microcomputer controlled slow tensile stress corrosion testing machine is a product developed by our company. It uses a stepper motor as the power source to drive precision ball screws for loading, and adopts the company's self-developed electronic testing machine closed-loop measurement and control system for fully automatic control of the machine. It has the characteristics of simple structure, low noise, high control accuracy, and simple operation. Mainly used for testing and studying the mechanical properties of metal materials such as static tensile strength, creep, stress corrosion, etc. It can be used in NaOH, NO3, H2S, CL solutions, methanol, etc N2O4、NH3、 The stress corrosion damage characteristics test of metals in humid air and water media environment can dynamically display the load, deformation, velocity, time and test curve in real time during the loading process. After the test is completed, the test results can be automatically saved, queried and printed, and the data during the test process can be exported.
