Unique, advanced, and long-lasting heating system

The heating system adopts high-efficiency and energy-saving Swedish nickel plated heating tubes, with a peak radiation power wavelength of 4UM. Combined with a curved reflector, it has high thermal efficiency and fast temperature rise speed. A specially designed forced hot air circulation structure system ensures uniform heating of PCB and components, completely eliminating the "shadow effect".
Adopting Swiss CARLO high current solid-state relay with contactless output, it is safe and reliable. Combined with the unique fuzzy control function of the temperature controller, it continuously monitors the changes in external temperature and heat value, and controls the heating element with small pulses to quickly respond and ensure high temperature control accuracy. The temperature distribution error inside the machine is small, and the length direction temperature distribution meets IPC standards.
The temperature control adopts a precision controller imported from Japan RKC with fuzzy control and PID intelligent operation. Through PID intelligent operation, the heat generation is automatically controlled. The fuzzy control function adds overshoot and suppression functions and quickly responds to external heat changes. It responds quickly to external heat changes and ensures temperature balance through internal control.

Reliable and stable transmission system

The transmission system adopts Taiwan STK continuously variable motor and electrically adjustable linear speed continuously variable speed controller, combined with a 1:150 STK turbine reducer, which runs smoothly, with a speed of 0-2000mm/min infinitely adjustable and accurate digital linear speed indication.
Adopting an independent roller structure and flat support, combined with a matching stainless steel mesh belt, the operation is smooth and the speed accuracy can reach ± 20mm/min.
Special stainless steel mesh belt, durable and wear-resistant. Long term use does not easily deform.
