1. It simulates whether products and materials have faults, quality changes, or cannot work normally after temperature and humidity alternating changes, and can meet different high and low temperature requirements.

1. The box body of the high and low temperature alternating test chamber is processed and formed by CNC machine tools, with a beautiful and elegant appearance, and adopts non reactive handles for easy operation.
2. The inner box adopts imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) mirror panel, and the outer box adopts (SUS304) brushed stainless steel plate or high-quality cold-rolled steel plate spray painted, which increases the appearance texture and cleanliness.
3. Equipped with a large observation window and lighting fixtures to keep the inside of the box bright, and using tempered glass embedded in the heating body, the condition inside the box can be observed clearly at any time.
4. There is a 50mm diameter test hole on the left side of the box, which can be used for external testing power or signal lines.
5. The insulation material adopts high-density glass fiber cotton with a thickness of 80-100mm. A double-layer high tensile sealing strip that is resistant to high and low temperatures is used between the door and the box to ensure the sealing of the testing area.
6. Equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system, exceeding the limit temperature and automatically interrupting operation ensures safe testing without accidents.

1. Multiple imported controllers are used, and users can choose according to their own requirements.
(1) The TIME880 color touch screen programmable temperature and humidity controller imported from South Korea has a Chinese English switching interface and is easy to operate.
(2) Korean TIME300 digital film key data input temperature and humidity controller with English display interface.
(3) Imported Japanese "OYO" digital touch button temperature and humidity controller, with high-precision PID control to prevent long-term unstable operation.
After inputting the data and experimental conditions, the controller has a locking function to prevent human touch from changing the temperature value.
3. The controller of the high and low temperature alternating test box has the function of P.I.D automatic calculation, which can immediately correct the temperature change conditions, making temperature control more accurate and stable.
4. Optional printer that can print and record set parameters and scan temperature change curves. 4-20mA standard signal.
5. The sensor adopts platinum resistance PT100 Ω/MV.
6. It has an RS-232 communication interface and can be programmed on a computer to monitor the testing process and perform functions such as automatic power on/off.
Refrigeration, heating, and air circulation system:
1. Refrigeration system: Use fully enclosed French Taikang (or semi enclosed German Gulun) compressors. Adopting air-cooled single machine compression/air-cooled stacked compression refrigeration method.
2. Heating system: Fully independent system, nickel chromium alloy electric heating heater.
3. Wind circulation system: Using multi wing air supply fans for strong air circulation, avoiding any dead corners, and ensuring even temperature distribution in the testing area. The design of air circulation for air outlet and return meets the testing standards for wind pressure and speed, and can quickly stabilize the temperature at the moment of opening the door.
4. Electrical control system: The main components of the electrical control system use imported "Schneider" and "Meiri Meilan" components to better control temperature.
5. Heating, cooling, and system independence can improve efficiency, reduce testing costs, extend lifespan, and decrease failure rates. The output power of temperature control is calculated by a microcomputer to achieve high precision and efficiency in electricity consumption.
