Product Introduction
Magnetic pump (magnetic drive pump) is mainly composed of several parts such as pump head, magnetic actuator (magnetic cylinder), electric motor, and connecting base plate. The magnetic drive of the magnetic pump consists of an outer magnetic rotor, an inner magnetic rotor, and a non-magnetic isolation sleeve. When the motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate, the magnetic field can penetrate the air gap and non-magnetic substances, driving the inner magnetic rotor connected to the impeller to rotate synchronously, achieving non-contact synchronous transmission of power and transforming the easily leaking dynamic sealing structure into a zero leakage static sealing structure. Due to the pump shaft and inner magnetic rotor being completely enclosed by the pump body and isolation sleeve, the problem of "running, emitting, dripping, and leaking" has been completely solved.

Operation steps:

1. Installation time adjustment
A、 First press the setting button, the time will flash, then press the increase button 0-9 to set the required time for that position.
B、 Press the right shift button again to reach the designated position, press the increase button to adjust the time for that position, and repeat the operation.
C、 Press the unit key to move the decimal point back and forth, determining the unit of time
D、 Press the exit button to complete the setup.

2. Intermittent time adjustment is the same as filling time adjustment

3. Adjustment of timer
A、 Press the setting button, the timer will flash, press the increase button 0-9 to adjust the number of bits, press the right shift button to adjust the number of other bits, and set the desired number.
B、 When the mode button is pressed and the light is on, the filling machine stops working when the specified quantity is filled. When it doesn't light up, work continuously and count continuously.

4. When the filling setting is pressed, the filling machine starts working. When the desired amount is filled, press the filling setting button again. The time displayed on the filling time is the time required to fill that amount.
