Manufacturing process of fireproof board
The manufacturing process of fireproof board is made from advanced imported decorative paper and imported kraft paper through soaking, drying, high temperature and high pressure processing steps. Firstly, the advanced imported decorative paper and imported kraft paper are soaked in melamine resin and benzene resin reaction tanks respectively. After soaking for a period of time, they are dried separately and cut into the required size. Then, these impregnated decorative papers are stacked with multiple kraft papers (depending on the thickness of the fireproof board) and placed under a press machine. At a high temperature of 300 degrees Fahrenheit (about 150 degrees Celsius), a pressure of 1430 pounds per square inch is applied for one hour, followed by trimming, sanding, quality inspection and other steps.
