Due to the nature of the vortex flowmeter, it must constantly adapt to the development of mechanical manufacturing level during its development process. Therefore, vortex flowmeters are divided into "intelligent vortex flowmeters" and "steam type vortex flowmeters" according to their measurement objects.
The intelligent vortex gas flowmeter adopts advanced microprocessing technology, which has the advantages of strong functionality, wide flow range, simple operation and maintenance, and easy installation and use. Its main technical indicators have reached the advanced level of similar foreign products. It can be widely used for measuring various gases in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, and coal.
The steam type swirl flowmeter adopts advanced dual probe swirl flow sensor technology, which has strong anti-interference ability, high accuracy, no mechanical rotating parts, is not easy to corrode, compact structure, high reliability, good stability, and low maintenance.
The intelligent vortex flowmeter can measure various gases, while the steam type vortex flowmeter can only measure steam.
