The upper and lower flower plates are made of special composite steel that has undergone quenching and tempering treatment, making them sturdy and durable.

Flat bending only requires changing one mold head to complete the work. The mold clamp plate is equipped with a guide plate during vertical bending, so that the copper and aluminum bars can be bent in the same plane with good surface flatness.

This machine adopts a single acting jack, with a tension spring reset, and can work with a single acting manual pump or electric pump station.
