The testing machine adopts a fully digital servo motor and driver, and is driven by a high-efficiency synchronous toothed belt and precision ball screw. The whole machine has good rigidity, precise transmission, and stable operation. Realize the display of test force, displacement (deformation), spring stiffness curves, various related controls and data processing, report printing, etc.
The operation of the software adopts an intelligent mode expert setting system, which can formulate control modes for experimental methods according to one's own needs. It has three control modes: load, displacement, and deformation, and can achieve experiments such as constant stress, constant displacement, and constant rate load cycles.
