Square perforated piezoelectric ceramic stack, can be customized according to customer requirements. A small amount of soldering material can be melted at the soldering iron tip. The $r $n soldering iron remains on the electrode surface for about 1 second. $r $n uses more welding materials to form small circular welding material points. Place the pre weld line on top of the circular welding material point and weld them together.

Welding wires onto screen printed silver electrodes can achieve excellent and time stable connections. However, occasionally when the solder on the silver surface is wet, soldering may be difficult.
This phenomenon is mainly caused by the reaction between sulfur molecules in the atmosphere and the silver surface, followed by the formation of a silver sulfide layer on the surface of the component. The formation and height of this layer are influenced by various factors, such as aging degree, pH value, humidity, etc.
To avoid these issues at all times, it is recommended to gently clean the external electrodes on the components before welding, using a glass brush or steel wool.
We recommend using a welding temperature of 250 to 325 ℃. Silver is soluble in solder, and if the soldering time is too long, the electrode will dissolve in the solder. To increase the possible welding time, we recommend using solder with a silver content of 2-4%. Even if the soldering time of this tin increases, we still recommend that the soldering time not exceed 2-3 seconds to minimize heat transfer to the piezoelectric ceramic product and avoid the risk of depolarization of the piezoelectric ceramic material.

The welding material must contain Ag.
Recommend the following standards and ultra-high vacuum applications:
96SC tin/silver/copper and multi-core flux (flux type crystal 400).
Recommendation process
The wires are pre welded.
Clean the surface of the Ag electrode with a glass brush to remove the oxide layer.
The temperature of the soldering iron is about "285 ℃".
The electrode surface is pre welded as follows:
A small amount of welding material melts at the tip of the soldering iron.
Keep the soldering iron on the electrode surface for about 1 second
Use more welding materials to form small circular welding material points.
Place the pre weld wires on top of the circular welding material points and weld them together.
If necessary, more welding materials can be used.
