Stacking robot battery stacking

A customer of a battery production and manufacturing company needs to stack and arrange the packaged batteries according to certain specifications before they can be stored in the warehouse at the end of production and manufacturing. Due to the heavy weight of the battery itself, it is required to be placed in a stack with a high height and aesthetic appeal. Nanjing Ruiyi Intelligence has the following design application cases for this.

Ruiyi Intelligence has added guide bars to the customer's existing end conveyor line based on the external characteristics of the batteries, allowing each battery to be conveyed in the same posture. In addition, a buffer conveyor has been added to the end design of the original conveyor line, which, combined with photoelectric detection, can accurately control and identify the position where products can be grabbed by the palletizing robot.

The backend is a fixture independently designed by Estun Industrial palletizing robot in conjunction with Ruiyi Intelligence based on customer products. Before each layer of the code, the robot will grab the cardboard pads on the cardboard rack and place them underneath. Then place the batteries on the pallet in a stable and reliable manner according to the customer's required stacking pattern.

When the pallet is about to be filled or has already been filled, the system will remind the forklift operator to remove the pallet and replace it with a new one.
This case greatly improved the efficiency of the customer's palletizing and warehousing process at the end of production, fully meeting the customer's requirements for palletizing efficiency, aesthetics, and reliability.
