The structure of the instrument insulation box is basically the same as that of the instrument protection box. The difference is that the instrument insulation box is also equipped with an electric heater, an electric tracing band or a steam heating device, and the shell is sandwiched with a foam insulation layer, a heat-resistant sponge insulation layer or a high-temperature asbestos insulation layer. The body material of the instrument insulation protection box includes fiberglass, stainless steel plates, etc., and embedded glass observation windows can be added to the box door.

1. The box body is made of a shell (made of composite epoxy resin) made of fiberglass or steel plate through special processes;
2. The box body is divided into an upper box body and a lower box body (with a sloping matching surface, and the upper and lower ends of the matching surface are arc-shaped). The upper and lower boxes are connected by stainless steel hinges, sealed with rubber strips, and the lower end is equipped with stainless steel hooks for compression. The front door is equipped with an observation window and a tilted rainproof top cover. The splash proof structure is used between the door and the box, which can prevent rain and dust and is suitable for indoor and outdoor installation;
3. The upper box can be opened up 90 degrees, and there is an opening support inside the box. Tightening the butterfly nut can fix the opening position, making it convenient to install and debug the instrument inside the box;
4. The bottom of the box is equipped with an instrument bracket that can move back and forth, left and right on the slide rail, making it convenient to adjust the installation position of the instrument and providing a comfortable working environment for engineering and technical personnel;
5. There is a disassembled piping board on the back of the box for installing various pipelines. Use a certain number of plastic seals at the bottom of the box to seal cable joints. For the purpose of introducing and connecting cables, in addition to qualitative design;
6. A 20mm thick insulation layer is laid on the inner wall of the insulation box. The box is equipped with a heating system and temperature control device. The power of the electric heater is determined by the user. And it can be equipped with pipeline heat tracing power supply and temperature control device;
7. The heating method of the insulation box also uses steam tracing. The box is equipped with heat dissipation pipes, solenoid valves, and temperature control devices to ensure that the temperature inside the box remains within the set range.

Installation and Usage
1. The installation height should not exceed 2000 meters;
2. The box should be installed vertically and fastened with screws. The outdoor installation should be equipped with a chassis, which is prepared on site or provided by our factory according to user requirements. (The chassis height is 200-400mm, made of L40 × 40 × 4 angle iron bent);
3. The insulation layer on the bottom of the insulation box can be moved. When installing fastening bolts, the movable part of the insulation layer on the bottom of the box can be removed for installation. After installation, reinstall it back to its original location;
4. The cable is led from the cable joint at the bottom of the box to the terminal block inside the box;
5. Other pipelines are introduced from the rear side through the pipe plate. The dismantling of the conduit plate is required;
6. The transmitter is installed on a 50mm mounting pipe inside the box. The installation pipe and the two side columns can be moved for easy adjustment of position during installation.
