Stainless steel variable pitch screw conveyor: In principle, different types of screw conveyors can be made of stainless steel material, collectively referred to as stainless steel screw conveyors or stainless steel winches.

The stainless steel variable pitch screw conveyor is mainly used in the grain, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, mineral, feed, grain and oil, and construction industries. It is a widely used conveying equipment. The spiral shaft of a stainless steel shaft screw machine is generally supported by rolling bearings at both ends (rolling bearings are products from domestic and foreign sources, with long operating cycles and easy loading and unloading). For those with specific requirements, a middle suspension can be installed. The materials of the shaft and bearing in the suspension components are high wear resistant alloy materials, with a service life of more than one year.

For high-temperature materials, the equipment has a thermal compensation function.

There are two types of equipment transmission: direct connection and chain transmission.

The reducer can provide domestic cycloidal pinwheel reducer, parallel axis helical gear reducer or foreign brand reducer according to user requirements.

Spiral conveyors can be designed according to different production process requirements

1) End feeding, end discharging;

2) Middle feeding, simultaneous discharge at both ends or alternate discharge at both ends;

3) Feed at both ends and discharge in the middle;

4) Feed at the end or middle, and discharge axially at the other end or both ends.
