The stainless steel water tank is made of stainless steel plates, such as SUS304 and SUS316L, which are stamped and formed. High quality stamping technology not only ensures the limited pressure requirements of the box body, but also reduces material thickness, with high strength and light weight, which can better prevent secondary pollution of water quality and promote environmental hygiene. The high-strength stamping plate and evenly distributed stainless steel reinforcement inside the box make the pressure inside the box uniform and reasonable.

The stainless steel water tank consists of three main standard modules; It consists of 1000 × 1000, 1000 × 500, and 500 × 500 standard blocks, which are welded and assembled in the factory or on-site according to different three-dimensional structural design parameters. The welding wire is made of ER308, H0Cr21Ni10 stainless steel, and the surface of the weld is acid washed and passivated to ensure durability and corrosion free welding. The chassis adopts hot-dip galvanized Q235-A carbon steel channel steel stainless steel water tank, which is made of stamped standard modular stainless steel plate. According to different three-dimensional structural design parameters, modules of different thicknesses are used for welding and assembly in the factory or on-site.

1. Customized channel steel for stainless steel water tank:
  
Generally speaking, the spacing between the transverse and longitudinal channel steel of the channel steel base is 1m, and the overall stiffness and bearing capacity of the channel steel frame are poor. But our company's horizontal and vertical channel steel spacing is 0.5m, and all connections are fully welded to ensure stable foundation and high strength.
  
2. Stainless steel water tank customized bottom plate:
  
Generally speaking, the bottom plate is made of folded plates and placed upside down on the channel steel. Due to the distance of 1m between the channel steel, the folded edges of the floor slab under the bearing state (filled with water) are in an unstable state due to the compression of the bottom plate, resulting in outward bending deformation, causing unevenness of the bottom plate and overall deformation of the water tank.
