Standard Wind Knife T-shaped

The SWK/WSWK series uses stainless steel SUS304 as the blade body and straight drawn aluminum alloy 6061 as the blade after positive electrode oxidation treatment, which maintains hardness and strength while ensuring reliable precision;

Based on aerodynamic principles, a unique design is adopted to ensure low wind resistance, average wind speed, and an accuracy of ± 5%.

The body generally has a pressure resistance of 2kgf/cm2, a maximum wind speed of 200m/s (up to 400m/s with an air compressor), a temperature resistance of 250 ℃, and can be connected to a heater to blow out hot air.

The air outlet can be adjusted in width (0.3-5 mm) (with an accuracy of up to 0.1mm), and generally has a maximum length of 2 meters (special customized lengths can reach 3 meters).

Multiple air inlet diameters are available to meet different air volume requirements, with three options for air inlet on both sides, front, back, and top for easy installation.

In addition to being used for blowing water and drying, it can also be used as an isolation air curtain to reduce the loss of cold/hot air.

After reinforcement treatment, the air knife can become a water knife (the air outlet is not adjustable), spraying a uniform water curtain, which can be used for cleaning or water curtain decoration.

It can be used in conjunction with vortex fans, centrifugal fans, and air compressors (with filtering devices) as gas sources, making it flexible and convenient to apply.
