The static feeder consists of an upper feeder and a lower weighing feeder. The upper feeder is responsible for feeding, the lower feeder is responsible for weighing, and the intermittent batch discharge. High ingredient accuracy and stable operation. According to the user's requirements for the process, configure a dual belt weighing feeder that meets the flow rate, width, length, and other requirements. Equipment:

a. A static scale feeding unit designed according to process flow requirements, equipped with a cycloidal motor reducer.

b. For places with particularly harsh environments: the upper belt is a flat belt with a blocking edge, and the lower belt is a skirt belt, plastic rollers, and anti-corrosion paint.

c. The standard configuration is a four sensor structure.

d. The standard rack is made of 304 stainless steel material.

e. Adopting a specialized guided silo design, combined with a silo arch crusher, effectively prevents material blockage and belt scratching.
