Steel lined PTFE metal hose is a commonly used pipeline accessory in industry, with a temperature range of -20 degrees to+180 degrees. It is mainly used in pipelines to solve problems such as vibration, displacement, discharge, and compensation for thermal expansion and contraction. The material used for production is pure PTFE tube, which is processed into a spiral shape through mold heat setting. Currently, the smallest diameter can be DN15 and the largest can be DN250. Generally, diameters below DN50 are made of dispersed PTFE, while diameters above DN50 are made of wrapped PTFE tube, with a tube thickness of about 1-3MM.
Installation: The connection methods include flange type, screw symmetrical and slowly tightened, and buckle type, which is aligned and pressed tightly, and then fixed with a pin.
