1. Host: The host is a double column frame structure, with a 10kN servo linear actuator placed on the host crossbeam. The test fixtures are installed on the base and the top of the actuator piston rod respectively.
1.1. The host adopts a double column frame structure, and the outer surface of the columns is treated with electroplated hard chrome to further improve the aesthetic appearance and enhance the anti-corrosion ability;
1.2. The crossbeam can be raised and lowered to adjust the testing space, and has a locking device to ensure that the crossbeam remains locked in place when not in the testing state;
1.3. Install high-precision dynamic load sensors on the lower end face of the crossbeam for measuring test loads.
1.4. The front of the host workbench is designed with sample clamping, crossbeam movement, and emergency stop operation buttons for easy operation by testers.
1.5. Design a prestressing ring at the connection between the test attachment and the servo linear actuator screw.
2. Actuator: The servo linear actuator is the core component of the testing machine, and the testing machine outputs the test force through the actuator. Designed using proprietary technology, the actuator is placed on the main crossbeam and consists of the actuator body, hydraulic control module, and sensors.
3. Test attachments: Based on the characteristics of bending fatigue testing of sheet metal, the testing machine attachments use floating special test attachments to complete the test.
4. Constant pressure servo pump station: The constant pressure electro-hydraulic servo pump station is one of the products of the dynamic electro-hydraulic servo fatigue testing system. 5. Full digital single channel servo controller:
The testing machine can be controlled to complete PID closed-loop dynamic testing control of the testing force or displacement channel. Dynamic testing is conducted with a certain test force or displacement, test frequency, and signal category (such as various waveform controls), or automatic control testing is performed according to user-defined frequency spectra (program control);
It has multiple control modes such as power, displacement, loading rate, displacement speed, etc., and the control modes can be smoothly switched;
The controller can also be used for controlling static tests, such as conducting static characteristic tests on the board;
Capable of starting/stopping, high/low voltage switching control of servo pump station, parameter calibration, zero point clearing, parameter storage and loading of various sensors, etc;

6. Control software for electro-hydraulic servo dynamic testing machine (system)
6.1 System management software: This software is the foundation of the entire digital servo controller, and its main functions are to manage the hardware resources of the control system, define sensors, adjust digital control parameters, set protection, display the current control mode, hydraulic and function generator status, and sensor calibration. It also provides dual track digital oscilloscopes, digital servo valve ammeters, and 6 digital voltmeters for real-time display of test data.
6.2 Function Generator Software: This software is mainly used for constant amplitude dynamic testing. The function generator software will automatically track and correct the peak and valley values of the control variable to ensure that the typical dynamic error value of each peak during the entire testing process is ± 0.5% FS. The software can choose from sine wave, triangular wave, and square wave waveforms. After the experiment is completed, the software will save some important data, such as test load, frequency, number of cycles, and test time. This software can also perform simple static tests.
6.3 Multi functional testing software: This software is a flexible and fully functional testing software that allows users to design special testing methods without the need for programming. This software presents various control functions, data acquisition functions, and other auxiliary functions of the servo controller in the form of icons on a panel. Users can drag and drop these function icons to the experiment definition panel with the mouse, and freely combine them according to their needs to conduct experiments according to their custom testing methods. This software can be used for random spectrum experiments.
