1、 Product Structure:
The structure of steel wire braided rubber hose is composed of a liquid resistant synthetic rubber inner layer, a middle layer, I or II or III layers of steel wire braided reinforcement layer, and a synthetic rubber outer layer with excellent weather resistance.
2、 Product Usage:
Steel wire reinforced hydraulic rubber hoses are mainly used for mine hydraulic supports and oilfield development, suitable for engineering construction, lifting and transportation, metallurgical forging, mining equipment, ships, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, various machine tools, and various industrial sectors' mechanized and automated hydraulic systems to transport petroleum based (such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil) liquids with certain pressure and temperature, water-based liquids (such as emulsions, oil-water emulsions, water), gases, and liquid transfer. Note: Our enterprise's steel wire braided rubber hose is designed and manufactured in accordance with the GB/T3683-2011 standard, and can produce ISO/DIS1436-1985, DIN20022, and SAE100IAT, SAE100R2AT standard rubber hoses according to requirements. This standard is not suitable for castor oil-based and lipid based liquids
3、 Working temperature:
Oil: -40 ℃ -+100 ℃, air: -30 ℃ -+50 ℃, water lotion: below+80 ℃. If the temperature is higher than 80 ℃, please use our special products. 4、 Product features:
