The SC intelligent high-precision power bar differential pressure flowmeter is suitable for high-precision flow measurement of gases, liquids, and vapors. Weiliba is a differential pressure and rate averaging flow sensor that measures flow by measuring the differential pressure generated by the sensor in the fluid. The power bar reflects the true flow velocity of the fluid, with an accuracy of ± 1.0% and a repeatability of ± 0.1%.

● Stable signal
The low-pressure tapping holes of the Weiliba are located on both sides behind the probe, between the separation point of the fluid and the probe, away from the vortex wave area.
Long term high precision
Weiliba can ensure long-term stability of accuracy because:
⑴. It is not affected by wear, dirt, and oil stains.
⑵. There are no movable parts in the structure.
⑶. The design eliminates the occurrence of blockage. At the front of the probe, a high static pressure zone surrounds the probe to prevent the high-pressure tapping hole from being blocked. It is important that the low-pressure holes are located on both sides of the probe side, and the fluid flows diagonally across the surface, protecting the low-pressure holes from being swept away. Other probes are prone to blockage because their low-pressure tapping holes are located in the low-pressure fluctuation area where impurities accumulate.
Low installation costs
⑴. Only a few inches of line welding is needed to complete the installation, which is very simple and fast.
⑵. Application tools can achieve online installation under pressure.
⑶. All valves and interfaces for various instruments only require simple assembly, which requires very low assembly costs.
Very low operating costs
⑴. It is a non constricting throttling design, and as an insertable flow probe, the operating cost of the Powerbar is low.
⑵. Velbar only produces very low * pressure loss, typically less than 0.7KPa
⑶. The * * pressure loss generated by an orifice plate component exceeds 14KPa
⑷. Compared to orifice plates, the energy loss of Powerbar has been reduced by 95%.
