Characteristics of nozzle flow sensor: It only provides the formation part of differential pressure signal (nozzle part), and does not provide differential pressure transmitter and flow calculation display part. The output signal is the pressure difference formed by the fluid before and after the throttling element. Users can perform other configurations themselves.

Installation of nozzle flowmeter:

The integrated installation consists of an intelligent display instrument (multi angle transmitter) and a nozzle device to form a nozzle flowmeter. It comes with high-quality differential pressure sensors, pressure sensors, and thermal resistance temperature sensors. The AW2003 intelligent display instrument (multi angle transmitter) not only automatically adapts within the range of the differential pressure sensor, but also calculates various compensation coefficients such as the outflow coefficient C and the beam expansion coefficient ε online, truly achieving the expansion of the range while ensuring the accuracy of measurement. Using a large LCD screen to display cumulative flow, instantaneous flow, instantaneous pressure, and instantaneous temperature values on the same screen, without the need for manual switching. 4-20mA two-wire instantaneous flow output. Divided into two categories: intrinsic safety explosion-proof products and ordinary products. The split type installation is composed of independent nozzle devices, differential pressure, pressure, temperature transmitters, flow meters, globe valves, and other components. The connection combination between each part is completed by the user themselves.

The nozzle flow transmitter consists of a nozzle flow sensor and a differential pressure transmitter, which outputs a 4-20mA electrical signal representing the magnitude of the differential pressure signal. The flow calculation and temperature and pressure compensation are separately configured by the user. There are two types of structures: split installation and integrated installation. Integrated installation means that the differential pressure transmitter is already connected to the nozzle as a whole when the product leaves the factory. After purchasing the integrated nozzle, users do not need to connect the pressure pipe when using it. But corresponding flow calculators, pressure transmitters, and temperature transmitters must be connected. The split type nozzle flow transmitter consists of an independent nozzle flow sensor and a differential pressure transmitter. The connection of the pressure pipe between the nozzle flow sensor and the differential pressure transmitter is completed by the user themselves.
