The sunlight color fastness test chamber uses xenon arc lamps that can simulate the full spectrum of sunlight to reproduce destructive light waves present in different environments, providing corresponding environmental simulation and accelerated testing for scientific research, product development, and quality control. Suitable for industries such as automobiles, coatings, rubber, plastics, pigments, adhesives, fabrics, etc.
Using a xenon lamp to simulate sunlight exposure, condensation of moisture to simulate rainwater and dew, the tested material is placed in a cyclic program of alternating light and moisture at a certain temperature for testing. It takes several days or weeks to reproduce the hazards that occur outdoors for months or even years. Artificial accelerated aging test data can help select new materials, improve existing materials, and evaluate how changes in formulation affect product durability.

The xenon arc tube of the sunlight color fastness testing machine provides true full spectrum sunlight, which can simultaneously control the blackboard temperature and the air temperature inside the box. The near horizontal sample installation and optional spray and dual spray in the xenon arc test chamber provide realistic moisture simulation.
The sunlight color fastness testing machine is a fully functional light stability, color fastness, and light resistance testing chamber. It uses three independent xenon lamp tubes. The size of the universal sample holder tray is 451mm × 718mm, which can test three-dimensional samples.
