Overview
Granite platform is a precision reference measuring tool made of natural stone materials, which is an ideal reference surface for the inspection of instruments, precision tools, and mechanical parts, especially for high-precision measurement. Granite is made from high-quality rock layers underground, and after billions of years of natural aging, its shape is extremely stable, so there is no need to worry about deformation due to conventional temperature differences. The granite material selected through rigorous physical testing is finely crystallized and has a hard texture. Due to its non-metallic nature, granite has no magnetic reaction or plastic deformation. Its hardness is high, therefore it has good accuracy retention. Even if rock tools are hit by heavy objects during use, at most a few pieces of gravel will fall off. It is superior to precision measuring reference parts made of high-quality cast iron and steel, and can achieve high and stable accuracy. The 1000 × 630mm '00' grade granite slab produced by our factory can still maintain its original accuracy after being stored for one year.
