1、 Product Introduction:
The quartz sub boiling still is a fully enclosed quartz glass instrument for producing high-purity reagents and high-purity water, which has unique advantages. It has advanced technology, novel and beautiful structure, easy installation and maintenance. Quartz sub boiling distillation uses the principle of thermal radiation to maintain the liquid phase temperature below the boiling point temperature, evaporate and condense to produce high-purity water and high-purity reagents. However, a typical quartz still, due to boiling distillation, carries water droplets in the gas and incomplete gas-liquid separation, resulting in low water quality; The all glass distiller, due to the pollution contained in the glass itself, has poorer water quality; Ion exchange water also brings interference from organic matter due to its dissolution. The quartz sub boiling distilled water purifier not only avoids contamination from glass impurities, but also has a liquid phase temperature lower than the boiling point. Not to carry water droplets in the steam due to boiling. Complete gas-liquid separation. Therefore, the water quality is extremely high, and no heavy metals were detected by flameless atomic absorption spectrometry analysis. 4、 Usage:
a、 The sub boiling distilled water purifier is placed in a clean room for operation
1. Inject deionized water or distilled water to be distilled into the distiller until it reaches the overflow port, and if it exceeds the overflow port, it will overflow on its own.
2. Open the condenser tube to fill it with water and allow it to flow out. The pressure of the cooling water should not be too high to avoid damaging the instrument. Check whether the electric heating wire is short circuited and in good condition.
3. Start the heating power supply and adjust the appropriate power according to the requirements for pure water quality. After heating for 5-10 minutes, pure water will drip down. To ensure the purity of the pure water, it is recommended to discard the pure water for the first 20 minutes and adjust the deionized water inlet rate appropriately to match the evaporation rate.
4. When not working, pure water collection ports such as overflow and inlet ports should be plugged with filter paper or dry polyethylene hoses.
5. Do not add reagents such as potassium permanganate and sodium hydroxide to this instrument to avoid water quality deterioration and frequent cleaning due to distillation contamination.
B sub boiling distilled water cleaner cleaning
1. The newly manufactured distilled water dispenser has been cleaned by our factory. Users only need to introduce deionized water for cleaning and use it directly. The first purified water is used to wash the vessels.
2. When the water quality deteriorates due to pollution after long-term use, the following methods can be used for cleaning.
A、 Soak in aqua regia (HCl: HNO3=3:1) for 24 hours.
B、 If the pollution is caused by long-term direct purification and scaling with tap water or contamination due to the addition of chemical reagents and purification chemical reagents, it can be soaked in aqua regia and then treated with 5% HF etching to ensure the brightness of the purifier. Do not excessively soak and become hairy. After etching, rinse with deionized water to balance the purification.
C、 When not in use for a long time, it can be soaked in 2NHNO3 for storage.
This instrument is a valuable instrument that is easily broken, and should be handled with care to prevent severe vibration and collision to avoid damage.
