Overview
The T210A series vibration sensor is mainly used to measure the vibration velocity of the shell. Mainly measure the vibration of the bearing housing, shell or structure (relative to the free surface). Unlike traditional magneto electric speed sensors, this sensor adopts a crystal form and is professionally designed based on piezoelectric accelerometers, with an embedded integration circuit. Due to its use of crystal circuits and absence of moving parts, it does not experience wear and degradation, has a long service life, and can be installed vertically, horizontally, or at any angle.

Produced by Zhengzhou Hangke Instrument Co., LtdT210A series vibration sensorThe vibration acceleration sensor is composed of built-in acceleration sensitive components and main circuits such as amplification, filtering, and integration. It is powered by a+24VDC 4-10mA constant current source and outputs a bias voltage of about 11VDC. It can measure acceleration within 50g from 0.1HZ to 5kHz or velocity within 50mm/s from 5HZ to 5kHz. Acceleration sensors have the advantages of wide frequency range, large dynamic range, durability, strong reliability, good stability, easy installation, and strong anti-interference ability.

T210A series vibration sensorVibration acceleration sensors are widely used for monitoring the operating status of equipment in various industries. The vibration level during equipment operation is an important indicator for estimating whether the equipment is running normally. The acceleration sensor is used in conjunction with the vibration monitoring instrument produced by our company, and can output vibration acceleration, velocity, and displacement signal values.

Installation instructions:
The installation base is connected to the tested point casing by M6 bolts, and an M6X1 installation hole with a depth of about 7mm is drilled at the tested point. The sensor can be tightened with the installation hole.
Wiring instructions:
On site, simply connect the two core shielded cables as required:
Terminal 1 (white wire+): connected to instrument IN
Terminal 2 (black wire -): connected to the instrument COM
Shielded wire: connected to instrument shielding
