The T35A-AUTO high-precision automated CNC lathe is specifically designed for unmanned machining of small disk parts.
1. The host adopts an electric spindle configuration with a spindle speed of 5000rpm. The host adopts an inclined guide rail structure, which is very convenient for chip removal and cooling.
2. The host is specially equipped with high-strength protection, cooling, and chip removal systems for unmanned processing. It can be configured with 70KG and 35KG high-pressure chip breaking systems according to the material of the parts, and equipped with 15KG spindle center water outlet to ensure that no chips are formed during unmanned processing and that the iron chips in the processing area are cleaned in a timely manner.
3. The host is equipped with an automated linear motion module, which is easy to operate, easy to control, and highly reliable. The linear module adopts a highly sealed protective structure, and the external protective material can withstand a temperature of 800 ℃, ensuring adaptability to high-speed processing of various materials.
4. The silo adopts the principle of electric cylinder, with simple and reliable control. The specifications of the silo can be configured according to the processed object and unmanned monitoring time.
It is very convenient to form an unmanned workshop with a single T35A-AUTO automated turning unit. Units are connected through workpiece flipping devices and automatic material channels, and offline automatic detection is set up at critical locations.
