1、 Characteristics of Southern Digital Filling Scale:
1. Wireless data communication can be used without setting up signal lines. A single receiving base station can receive data from 32 filling scales, while retaining RS485 wired communication function and freely switching through jumper wires.

2、 Anti cheating function
1) During the filling process, if the weight of the weighing platform suddenly becomes lighter or heavier due to human intervention, the filling will be terminated, and the scale will automatically alarm and record, which can be checked back;
2) The steel cylinder cannot be filled without being placed on the weighing platform (the minimum starting weight can be set in the instrument to prevent filling from not being recorded).
3) When the operator places a steel cylinder on the scale platform, lowers a steel cylinder on the scale platform, and installs an inflation gun to fill the steel cylinder under the scale platform in an attempt to avoid cumulative weight supervision, the scale automatically judges it as cheating and cuts off the liquefied gas and alarms (the instrument is set to cheat if there is no change in the weight of the scale platform within a certain period of time, set in seconds), and records the number of cheats.
