THLL332 flat film pressure sensor uses a flat film to directly sense the pressure signal, uses a diffused silicon pressure core as the sensing element, and uses silicone oil that meets the standard as the pressure transmission medium. The measuring end is made of 316L stainless steel material and a specially welded flush isolation diaphragm. Compact structure, corrosion resistance, vibration resistance, and wide range temperature compensation. The threaded end face of the force bearing diaphragm is exposed to directly sense pressure, which can prevent scaling, unhygienic and viscous pressure blockage problems. It is particularly suitable for measuring the pressure and liquid level of viscous fluids with hygiene requirements in the medical and food industries, solving scaling, blockage, cleaning and hygiene problems. Widely applicable for pressure testing in hygiene industries such as food, medicine, beverages, dairy products, and brewing, as well as in situations where measuring media may scale.
