TK series intelligent gas turbine flowmeterIt is mainly used for flow measurement of medium fluids such as air, nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, biogas, natural gas, steam, etc. in industrial pipelines. When measuring the volumetric flow rate under working conditions, it is almost unaffected by parameters such as fluid density, pressure, temperature, viscosity, etc. No movable mechanical parts, therefore high reliability and low maintenance. The instrument parameters can remain stable for a long time.

Common problem solutions
1) In the installation and connection process of gas turbine flowmeter instruments, it is necessary to ensure the accuracy of every link, including on-site inspection before installation, wiring of gas turbine flowmeter instruments during installation, system grounding, etc., in order to ensure the detection of real data and accurate output.
2) For the operating metering system, the methods of "two track metering, comparative confirmation" and "substitution method" can be used to confirm and eliminate the faults of the gas turbine flowmeter instrument in operation.
3) Regularly clean the gas turbine flowmeter instrument as a whole, and if necessary, blow the sensing head of the gas turbine flowmeter instrument to avoid the condensation of impurities at the sensing head. Adding heat tracing devices in the metering straight pipe section and gas turbine flowmeter instrument section during cold seasons is also beneficial in alleviating the condensation of impurities at the metering gas turbine flowmeter instrument.
4) Regularly drain the pipeline, especially the moisture in front of the straight pipe section, and assign a dedicated person to discharge it regularly according to the specific situation, in order to minimize the moisture in the measuring pipe section and eliminate the pulsation in the fluid to the greatest extent possible.
5) Strengthen the management of measurement system data, set up timed printing function, and analyze the operation of gas turbine flow meters based on printed data combined with production conditions.
