TK9651 Hot Wire Tester

1、 Equipment Overview:

The hot wire test is applicable to standards such as IEC60695-2-10, UL746A, GB/T5169.10, GB4706.1, etc., and uses flameless ignition source program simulation test items according to regulations. The hot wire tester is suitable for research, production, and quality inspection departments of electrical and electronic products and their component parts, such as lighting equipment, low-voltage electrical appliances, electrical instruments, etc.

The hot wire tester will specify the material（Ni80/Cr20）Heat the shaped electric heating wire (Φ 4 mm nickel chromium wire) with high current to the test temperature (550 ℃~960 ℃) for 1 minute, and then apply the specified pressure（1.0N）Vertically scald the test sample for 30 seconds, and determine the fire hazard of the finished electrical and electronic equipment based on whether the test sample and the substrate ignite or hold on for a certain period of time; Determine the ignition properties, ignition temperature (GWIT), flammability, and flammability index (GWFI) of solid insulation materials and other solid combustible materials.

2、 Performance characteristics:

4437951 thermocouple imported from the UK, with a maximum temperature resistance of 1300 degrees and high temperature control accuracy;

When the heating wire comes into contact with the tested object, the equipment continues to be powered on. After the sample car is returned, the power is cut off within 2 seconds to ensure accurate testing;

★ The proximity switch is used to control the depth of the hot wire burning into the sample, and it has an adjustment function. It is equipped with a measuring gauge for accurate and fast testing;

Equipped with a flame height gauge for easy observation of flame height;
