The TRL-C system utilizes the high-speed rotation of a special rotor to generate a vacuum, which evenly draws the powder into the working chamber and distributes it evenly in a rapidly flowing liquid flow. In the liquid flow, the powder is instantly completely wetted without producing agglomerated lumps. Then the liquid and powder are passed through a high shear rotor structure to disperse any possible agglomerates, resulting in a completely wet and uniformly dispersed material.
