TRL-H Shear Emulsification Pump

The TRL-H shear pump achieves high requirements for emulsification, dispersion, dissolution, and homogenization from simple mixing. With the design of specially designed impellers and inducers, stabilizers, colloids, powders, sugars, and liquids can be quickly dissolved and achieve hydration.

The TRL-H shear pump is perfect for making milk, syrup, pudding, sauces, ice cream, sugar products, and salad dressings. This series of pumps is designed for agitation, emulsification, dispersion, dissolution, and homogenization.
Compared with traditional mixers, the TRL-H shear pump can work quickly and efficiently due to its specially designed impeller, saving 90% of time.
All materials in contact with the material (pump head and hopper) are SS316
It can be fully cleaned online (CIP), saving time wasted during manual cleaning and downtime. It also avoids the risk of equipment damage caused by external cleaning (COP).
