Performance Characteristics Description

The three active rollers are all active rollers, which are directly driven by three independent rotary assemblies (variable frequency motor+direct connection reducer)

1. There is no motor oil leakage or hydraulic valve core blockage or jamming phenomenon.

2. The bending work is stable and efficient, especially in the case of small radius and spiral bending, the three rollers awesome at the same time, without slipping.

3. Three roller variable frequency infinite speed regulation can adjust the speed of the three active rollers according to actual bending requirements (such as large differences in mold diameter), avoiding uneven force and forced rough synchronization.

Digital display (PLC+color touch screen+displacement grating or displacement encoder)

1. The displacement accuracy reaches ± 0.02mm.

2. The color touch screen allows the operator to observe and control the molding process.

3. 100 sets of memory databases.

Four axis positioning system

1. Increase effective friction to prevent slipping during small radius bending and spiral coils.

2. Seal the deformation area to minimize profile deformation to the greatest extent possible
