Structural features:

This machine is mainly composed of a frame, clamping device, machine head, air circuit and other parts, with a compact structure. The clamping system for profiles consists of a compression cylinder, a swing rod, a compactor, a short compression rod, and limit rods on the left and right workbenches. Its main function is to ensure that the profile can be reliably pressed tightly on the working surface, facilitating reliable positioning of the profile. This equipment adopts pneumatic transmission for compression and cutting. After adjustment, it can be cleaned by two sets of left and right shovels in one clamping operation to clean the upper and lower welds of the profile.
