Plastic melt flow rate testing in accordance with GB/T3682-2000 and ASTM D1238, D3364, ISO1133, BS2782, DIN53735, JIS7210 standards. A method (manual) testing can be implemented, and adding PPDT can achieve B method (automatic) testing. Materials with a melt index ranging from 0.15g/10min to 900g/10min can be used for testing. The maximum temperature is 450 ℃, with a temperature accuracy of ± 0.1 ℃ and dual zone PID temperature control. The temperature deviation between the upper and lower zones is ± 0.25 ℃. Controller features: Adopting a human-machine interactive interface, with a focus on operation. 25 sets of test programs can be edited, temperature and displacement correction can be performed, and temperature displacement errors can be automatically eliminated. The selection of metric and imperial units can yield the mean and standard deviation values. Automatically calculate melt index, volumetric flow rate, melt viscosity, shear rate, shear stress, etc. It has functions such as fault self check, error prompt, temperature protection, and alarm.

Software control: One computer can simultaneously control ten instruments, store test data for many years, perform SPC statistical analysis, generate customized test reports, draw X-Bar, R-chart and histograms, and have demonstration, operation, and retrieval modes. It has a dual password protection function.
