Tea polyphenol extraction

The tea leaves are dried, crushed, and injected into the extraction tank for automatic extraction according to the set process. During the extraction process, continuous stirring is used to prevent the tea leaves from settling and to ensure a wide contact area with water. It can be divided into two extraction processes: cold extraction and hot extraction, and a suitable extraction process can be developed based on the characteristics of the raw materials. A production line consists of CIP cleaning device, extraction device, hot water device, separation device, ultrafiltration device, reverse osmosis device, batching device, sterilization device, etc.
