The computer system controls the servo motor to rotate through a controller and a speed regulation system. After being decelerated by a reduction system, it drives the moving crossbeam to rise and fall through a precision screw pair, completing various mechanical performance tests such as tension, compression, bending, and shearing of the sample. It is pollution-free, low-noise, and highly efficient, with a very wide speed regulation range and crossbeam movement distance. In addition, it is equipped with a variety of test attachments, which have a very broad application prospect in the mechanical performance testing of metal, non-metal, composite materials, and products.

Tensile yield testing machineThe Japanese Panasonic digital AC servo speed control system and servo motor with high precision and stable performance are used as the driving system. The specially designed synchronous toothed belt reduction system and ball screw pair drive the movement of the test machine's moving crossbeam. A control and data processing software based on database technology using Windows as the operating platform, which realizes the screen display of test force, peak test force, beam displacement, specimen deformation, and test curve. All test operations can be completed on the computer screen by mouse input, with a good human-machine interface and easy operation. The independent dual channel fully digital programmable amplifier achieves true physical zeroing, gain adjustment, and automatic shifting, zeroing, and calibration of test force measurement, without any analog adjustment links. The control circuit is highly integrated, eliminating mechanical adjustment devices such as potentiometers, with a simple structure and reliable performance. This ensures that the machine can achieve closed-loop control of parameters such as test force, sample deformation, and beam displacement, and can perform tests such as constant force, constant displacement, constant strain, constant rate load cycle, and constant rate deformation cycle.

The host consists of an upper crossbeam, a moving crossbeam, and a worktable connected by columns and ball screws to form a rigid floor standing frame structure. A domestically produced AC servo motor and AC servo speed control system are installed under the worktable. The AC servo motor drives the double ball screw to rotate through a synchronous toothed belt reduction mechanism, thereby driving the moving crossbeam to move up and down to achieve loading and testing of the sample.
